Material and fasteners: below the failure load of 98 kn and bowl head hangs Taiwan press GB978-67 “malleable iron classification and technical conditions of the brand is not lower than KT 33 – malleable iron manufacturing; failure load of 157 kn and above bowl head hangs Taiwan according to the ductile cast iron GB1348-78, the brand for QT50-5 nodular cast iron or press GB700-79 ordinary carbon structural steel technical conditions, the tensile strength is not lower than 372.5 Nmm2 (372.5 MPa) steel manufacturing;

Nut according to GB 41-76 “Hexagon Nut (Rough)” spring pin according to YB147-71 “Chemical Composition of Bronze Processing Products”, using the brand QSN4-0.3 bronze manufacturing;Bolt according to SD 25-82 “Hexagon head bolt with pin hole” Closed pin according to SD 26-82 “Closed pin”.The failure load of the bowl head hanging plate shall not be less than the following values :W-7A W-7B, WS-7 69kN;Ws – 98 kn type;Ws – 157 kn type;Ws – 196 kn type;The acceptance and test of bowl head hanging plates shall be carried out according to GB2317-85 “Acceptance Rules, Test Methods, Marks and Packing of Electric Power Metalwork”. The bowl head hanging plates made of ductile iron shall be subjected to factory test of mechanical strength, and the test load shall be 50% of the nominal failure load.
