High Quality Pipe Suspension Clamp - Suspension clamp (trunnion type) – Xinwom Detail:
XGU series trunnion type malleable iron suspension clamp/ electric pole clamp is mainly used for overhead electric line, suspending conductor on the insulator or lightning conductor on the lamp tower through connecting fittings. It is made up of aluminum alloy, with minium loss of magnetic hysteresis & eddy current as well as light weight & convenient installation. It has accessed to the criteria of energy-saving & consumption reduction for Chinese state grid reconstruction. When it used for aluminum-stranded wire & ACSR, the priority shall be wrapped aluminum armor tape or armor rods on the conductor for protecting the conductor.
The suspension clamp is used to fix conductors to insulator strings or hang lightning conductors on straightline towers. Moreover, it also can be used for transposition towers to support transposition conductors and for tension towers or angle poles to fix the jumper wires.
As the suspension clamps are used to ACSR, the conductor may be wounded by aluminium tapes or preformed armour rods for protecting protecting these taps or rods are included in the diameter of suitable conductor.
