To install insulation piercing clips:
The insulation piercing clamp inserts the terminal equipment that must be supported into the cap when the worker carries out the branching and wiring of the cable. After defining the branch position, tighten the torque nut with a wrench. The torque nut will push the puncture tip against the core of the cable. Finally, when the electrical conductor touches, the sealing gasket will encapsulate the part of the puncture head, increase the leakage of the heat dissipation paste in the casing, and finally the torque of the nut reaches the highest value, and part of the torque of the nut breaks and falls off. At this time, the main line is connected with the take-off cable.
Easy installation and operation: the cable branch can be carried out without removing the outer insulation layer of the cable, and the connection head is completely insulated. Branches can be made at all parts of the cable without disconnecting the main cable. The installation and operation are convenient and reliable, and the actual operation of power-on can be carried out only by using a socket wrench.

Note: Installation FAQ:
1. Before installing and using the insulation piercing clip, clean and tidy the surface of the cable splitter. If the surface is not leveled or damaged, it is not suitable for application.
2. Check whether the model and specification of the insulation piercing clip is suitable for the cable, and distinguish the different grooves of the main line and the main line.
3. The terminal should be in the direction of the house facing the switching power supply, and cover the insulating layer cover at the end. The drawing or insertion of the wiring should avoid the damage of the cutter head, and the wiring of the house is not inserted in time.
4. When tightening the nuts, tighten 2 nuts at the same time, then tighten with a wrench. Tighten the 2 anchor bolts at the same time as possible until the torque nut cracks. When tightening the nut, do not install the cable splitter horizontally.
5. Insulation puncture clips cannot be used for the connection of safe transmission lines, safe power transmission lines and insulated cables cannot be used for insulation puncture clips, and insulation puncture clips cannot be polluted by the environment such as sludge, and cannot be beaten.
