Introduction of anti-corrosion manufacturing process of electric power fittings

The problem to be solved is that the existing gold has strong corrosion resistance to acid and alkali, and the process of producing corrosion-resistant accessories is as follows:
1. First remove the dirt on the surface of the power accessories, and then evenly apply a layer of paint to improve the toughness and flexibility of the power accessories surface.
2. Apply a layer of epoxy to the seam and lay a layer of glass cloth before the epoxy layer hardens.
3. Cover the surface of the glass cloth with two layers of epoxy resin. After the two layers of epoxy resin are cured, one layer of glass cloth is coated with three layers of epoxy resin, and then three layers of epoxy resin are cured. Next, coat two layers of glass cloth with four layers of epoxy.
Use one or more layers of epoxy to cover four successive layers of epoxy. The second epoxy resin is continuously coated with one or more epoxy resins. Corrosion-resistant hardware consists of two layers: a soft layer on top of the hardware, an epoxy layer, a glass cloth layer, and an epoxy layer. Using two layers of glass cloth, apply three coats of epoxy over every two coats of epoxy, and then four coats of epoxy. The new method has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, good insulation performance, high mechanical bearing capacity and good flexibility.
