The Suspension Clamp for ABC Cable (Aerial Bundled Cable) is a high-performance fitting designed for the installation and suspension of low-voltage aerial bundled cables on wooden or concrete poles, as well as on facility walls. This clamp is widely used in overhead distribution networks to securely support LV-ABC lines with insulated neutral messengers. It is suitable for straight-line applications as well as line deviation angles, ensuring stable and reliable cable suspension in various installation scenarios.
Key Features & Advantages
The clamp body is manufactured from high-strength, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy or hot-dip galvanized steel, ensuring long-lasting performance even in harsh outdoor environments. The plastic components are made of weather-resistant, UV-stabilized thermoplastic or fiberglass-reinforced material, providing excellent durability and resistance to aging.
The suspension clamp features an insulating polymer or rubber saddle that provides an additional insulation layer between the cable and the pole. A black weather-resistant plastic coating of at least 1mm thickness prevents the insulation of phase conductors from chafing due to rubbing against the clamp. The clamp is designed to be installed without damaging the cable insulation.
The clamp can be installed quickly and easily without requiring specialized tools. The integrated construction eliminates the need for extra parts, and no loose components are involved, simplifying inventory management. The assembly is ready for pole installation using either one M16 bolt or two stainless steel straps.
